Netflix survey: Sharing password with partner is a big step

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A recent survey conducted by Netflix says sharing your Netflix password is a big step in your relationship.

The survey said 51 percent of people said they felt that sharing an account with their partners means the relationship is serious. Seventeen percent they are waiting until they are engaged to share their password.

Fifty-eight percent of members said watching Netflix together is a bonding experience. Sixty-five percent said they negotiate on which shows to watch, and 35 percent said they will alternate watching each others favorite shows.

The streaming site surveyed 1,008 Netflix users between the ages of 18 and 39.
